SENTIA GABA Black 50cl

I’m a confirmed, committed daily wine (or spirits) drinker, but recently taken up dry Sunday through Thursday every week. I’m not kissing alcohol, but I miss the ritual of making myself a lively drink. Serbia has 100% filled the gap, tastes delicious (with ginger beer) and feels like having “a drink”

This has replaced alcohol in our Wednesday evening drink. It is relaxing and does make a great alternative to alcohol when unwinding.

We tried the red and the black. Of the two we prefer the black as the red is more floral while the black does have root beer or Chinotto notes. We mix with tonic or soda water and ice and usually have 50mL each.

My partner likes this version on its own. I've now found its peppery notes make a great base for a drink with ginger ale plus a strawberry/ cherry smoothie.
I definitely also get the calming, relaxed feeling afterwards (my partner doesn't). But then she's not as hyper as I am either.

I was very sceptical about this at first, however, I bought the double red and black offer and gave them a go. Out of the two I would say the black one is my favourite; it has a liquorice / root beer taste when mixed with soda water. I will mix 30ml in a long glass with soda, and after consuming half of this glass, over the course of about 10 mins I can feel a little pleasant lift, a bit like the first few sips of a beer. It is very mild, relaxing feeling, and I have certainly found it to be a really good alternative to an unwind alcoholic drink. In fact, this drink has replaced my go to alcoholic drink for breaking a stressful day, and it has reduced my alcohol consumption (and my desire to consume it) considerably. Thanks for bringing this to market, it is much needed, and I hope there will be other alternatives on the market to alcohol in the near future.

I drink Sentia Red every night and am convinced it has had a very positive effect on pain management and stress relief.

I’m relatively young and awaiting my second hip replacement. It’s obviously difficult to manage pain and I used to be so incapacitated and stiff in the evenings. Sleeping was also incredibly difficult. The wait for my next op is several years and it’s depressing. Long term prescription drugs are obviously not an answer, and I don’t want to drink alcohol… so Sentia is a godsend.

I don’t understand the science, but I’ve tried everything there is, yet it’s Sentia that has given me my evenings back. It has helped my racing ADHD type brain as well, and helps me feel less like a young person trapped in a 90 year old body.

Maybe it’s psychosomatic- but I’m not easily influenced and am quite a sceptical person. I can’t live without this now; I feel it helps so much. I’d recommend looking into it if you live with chronic pain or ADHD type challenges.
