FAQs

How do I log into my subscription account?

Click Login in the main menu or go to the subscription page and click Login to your account.
Once logged in, select My Subscriptions to view and manage your subscription.

Can I change products or quantities within my subscription?

Yes. Log in to My Account and select Manage Subscriptions.
Find your active subscription and click View Details.
Select Edit next to the product to change the quantity or swap products, then click Update to save your changes.

How do I pause my subscription?

Log in to My Account and select Manage Subscriptions.
Click View Details on your subscription.
Scroll down and select Pause Subscription, then click confirm.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to My Account and select Manage Subscriptions.
Click View Details on your subscription.
Scroll down and select Cancel Subscription, then click confirm.

Can I skip a delivery?

Yes. Log in to My Account and select Manage Subscriptions.
Click View Details on your active subscription, then select Skip Order to skip your next delivery.

I can’t log in — how can I access my subscription?

Click Login on the main menu or subscription page.If you’re having trouble accessing your account, use the Forgot Password link to reset your password. Once logged in, go to My Subscriptions to manage your subscription. If you’re still having difficulty, please reach out to cs@sentiaspirits.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.
