SENTIA is the world’s 1st GABA Spirit. Designed by world leading scientists, SENTIA contains a patent-pending blend of ingredients known to enhance GABA, an experience renowned for relaxation, sociability.

Sentia is made through a unique, proprietary series of production methods that preserve the plants’ functional compounds and nutrients, giving you more of what the plants have to offer.

From tests, it seems people tend to feel some effects within 5-10min, which can last 45-60min.

Sentia drinks

I bought these drinks to reduce my alcohol intake but still wanted the relaxed feeling. Well it works!! I have bought all 3 varieties multiple times and now have a monthly subscription so I will never run out! Fantastic!

Love it with tonic

I wanted something to enjoy as a ‘night cap’ that is alcohol free. It works perfectly with tonic and is enjoyable. Whether it has any effect on my level of buzz or relaxation I’m unsure at the moment. Maybe I need to drink more!

Absolutely love Gabba Black, and I can confirm that it does have a relaxing effect with a sense of well being. I don't drink alcohol so this may be of relevance to those who say it has no effect whatsoever.

Waiting for the train that never comes

I have tried both gaba black & red, like the taste of the gaba black, red not so much, firstly there is no tipsy feeling, how the company can claim this I don't know so if you are trying sentia for this reason, forget it, there is absolutely no feeling what so ever with either red or black gaba, conclusion.. It's a very expensive bottle of OK tasting fluid, such a shame, buy a bottle & try it & see for yourself, I could probably mimic the taste of gaba black with dandy lion & burdock with lime & save £35, the postage also bumps the price up

We are sorry to hear that SENTIA isn’t working for you right now. SENTIA is not designed to create a tipsy feeling as with alcohol. It has been created to stimulate the natural GABA receptors in the brain to enhance relaxation and sociability. However, there could be a number of reasons that you did not feel any effect:

Individual variances: Your GABA system is very much your own, and individual chemistry varies from person to person, so the experience of SENTIA will vary too.

Alcohol in system: Regular alcohol drinkers may have a high tolerance to GABA release, which will moderate the SENTIA experience. Studies suggest that you can reset your tolerance to GABA release by refraining from drinking for 2 to 3 weeks.

SSRI’s: (Selective Serotonin Inhibitors) anti-psychotics, tranquillisers and some epileptic medications may inhibit the effects of SENTIA.

Expectations: SENTIA is not designed to get you “drunk”, but offer a more refined experience. All feelings are of course very subjective, and will vary from person to person.

Context: There is a great deal of scientific evidence indicating that drinking (or talking any mind altering substance) alone creates a very different effect from doing so socially. The science suggests the same will be true with SENTIA.

We have just launched SENTIA Gold which has a noticeable stronger effect for some.

The perfect alternative 💓

Absolutely loving gaba black. I didn’t drink much any way but wanted something on the occasion we were with others - it’s like spicy and Smokey and reminds me of dark rum. I make a homemade ginger, apple and lemon juice, add a splash of gaba with tonic or recently homemade elderberry syrup and it’s so incredibly indulgent and delicious! I’m thinking of introducing it to our wellness retreats.
