Fantastic drinks I am addicted! Didn't like the black one at first but now it's my favourite one to have each evening x yellow and red I keep for the weekends, yellow being citrus and refreshing and red the velvet way to relax x

The red one must be mixed with something sweet (tonic or ginger ale) for the drink to actually taste like something which in turns gives a sugar rush and defeats the object or relaxing; when mixed with sparkling water it doesn't have a very distinctive taste . Didn't notice any effect either.
The black one tastes like licorice which is alright and yet again needs to be mixed with something like a tonic water or gigger ale for it to taste better.

GABAergic (GABA enhancing) plants are difficult to work with, they are often bitter and unpalatable. We know that the raw flavour of our GABA Blend is not for everyone, which is why we always suggest pairing with a mixer of your choice first. This might seem counter-intuitive, but consider, pure ethanol is very bitter and unpalatable, its why humans brew alcoholic drinks in so many ways. Much like SENTIA Spirits, many alcoholic spirits are an acquired taste. I’m not a fan of the flavour of XXX for example, but it works well in XXX cocktail! We have just launched GABA Gold which has a cistrusy flavour and might be more palatable for some. As for the lack of effect, there could be a number of reasons for this: Individual variances: Your GABA system is very much your own, and individual chemistry varies from person to person, so the experience of SENTIA will vary too. Alcohol in system: Regular alcohol drinkers may have a high tolerance to GABA release, which will moderate the SENTIA experience. Studies suggest that you can reset your tolerance to GABA release by refraining from drinking for 2 to 3 weeks. SSRI’s: (Selective Serotonin Inhibitors) anti-psychotics, tranquillisers and some epileptic medications may inhibit the effects of SENTIA. Expectations: SENTIA is not designed to get you “drunk”, but offer a more refined experience. All feelings are of course very subjective, and will vary from person to person. Context: There is a great deal of scientific evidence indicating that drinking (or talking any mind altering substance) alone creates a very different effect from doing so socially. The science suggests the same will be true with SENTIA.

These are really nice spirits if you're looking to cut back on alcohol. They now replace my bi-nightly gin and they hit the spot. I wouldn't say they get you tipsy or woozy or anything, but they do help you relax after a long day. I mix the red one with raspberry syrup and lemonade with a garnish of mint leaves, and the black one is nice with cherry syrup, a dash of bitters and topped up with coke. But you can style them loads of ways, they're quite versatile.

You definitely need a mixer with these, and I prefer the black with Mediterranean tonic water.
It is hard to know how much they chill you out, as the price is so high o ly one or two drinks has to be enough. Wish it was less than £20 a bottle and would drink it more often. I think they are pricing themselves out!
