Ingredients

750ml non-alcoholic red wine

250ml GABA Black

250ml apple juice

1 orange, sliced

1 lemon, sliced

2 cinnamon sticks

8 whole cloves

3-4 star anise

1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Directions
In a large saucepan, combine the non-alcoholic red wine and apple juice
Add the sliced orange, cinnamon sticks, whole cloves and star anise
Add Maple syrup to sweeten the mixture. Adjust the sweetness according to your preference
Place the saucepan over low to medium heat. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, do not boil
- Allow the mixture to simmer for at least 15-20 minutes
- Strain the mixture and pour into a heat resistant glass
