SENTIA is the world’s 1st GABA Spirit. Designed by world leading scientists, SENTIA contains a patent-pending blend of ingredients known to enhance GABA, an experience renowned for relaxation, sociability.

Sentia is made through a unique, proprietary series of production methods that preserve the plants’ functional compounds and nutrients, giving you more of what the plants have to offer.

From tests, it seems people tend to feel some effects within 5-10min, which can last 45-60min.

Absolutely no refined sugar. We use a little agave and fruit concentrates. These healthier, high quality, minimally processed 'sources of sweet' have only a fraction of the calories in an alcoholic spirit.

Finally, a properly grown up alcohol free alternative that feels classy and luxurious. It tastes wonderful with tonic, over ice. A proper "wind down" drink.

It doesn't work on me, I didn't feel anything

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for SENTIA GABA Red 20cl and we’re sorry to hear that it is not working for you right now. There could be a number of reasons for this:

Individual variances: Your GABA system is very much your own, and individual chemistry varies from person to person, so the experience of SENTIA will vary too.

Alcohol in system: Regular alcohol drinkers may have a high tolerance to GABA release, which will moderate the SENTIA experience. Studies suggest that you can reset your tolerance to GABA release by refraining from drinking for 2 to 3 weeks.

SSRI’s: (Selective Serotonin Inhibitors) anti-psychotics, tranquillisers and some epileptic medications may inhibit the effects of SENTIA.

Expectations: SENTIA is not designed to get you “drunk”, but offer a more refined experience. All feelings are of course very subjective, and will vary from person to person.

Context: There is a great deal of scientific evidence indicating that drinking (or talking any mind altering substance) alone creates a very different effect from doing so socially. The science suggests the same will be true with SENTIA.

GABA Black and Gold might work differently for you.

Lovely drink

I wouldn't have left a mediocre review had I not been prompted but here we go. As a pretty heavy drinker, I was looking for too much in this product. The feeling was very subtle and perhaps not strong enough for someone with my tolerance. It was however a really nice drink and may be something I can use when I cut down my usual alcohol intake.

Had zero effect

Really wanted this to work after quitting drinking alcohol a couple of months ago.
Didn’t feel a thing though.
Added 20ml with a can of coke. Just tasted a bit medicinal. Feels like a waste of money unfortunately.

Thank you for your review. SENTIA Spirits are first and foremost designed for function. Our primary goal is enhancing GABA for relaxation and improved sociability. GABAergic (GABA enhancing) plants are difficult to work with, they are often bitter and unpalatable. We know that the raw flavour of our GABA Blend is not for everyone, which is why we always suggest pairing with a mixer of your choice first! This might seem counter-intuitive, but consider, pure ethanol is very bitter and unpalatable, its why humans brew alcoholic drinks in so many ways. Much like SENTIA Spirits, many alcoholic spirits are an acquired taste. I’m not a fan of the flavour of XXX for example, but it works well in XXX cocktail! Neat SENTIA Spirits are not for everyone, and we strongly recommend you experiment with your favourite tonic, soda, or alternative mixer. GABA Black is immensely popular with Ginger Beer (like a Moscow Mule) or Cola and lime (like a Cuba Libre) Red works well with lemon and simple syrup (Much like a Whiskey sour) or with tonic and a slice of lemon (like a G&T). We now also have SENTIA GABA Gold available which is more citrusy in flavour and might be more palatable for some.

Curiosity got the better of me.

The taste of the 'red' surprised me, but with a good lemonade it was nice and refreshing. The 'HIT' was a delight but not very long lasting.
